About Us
Complete Care opened their doors in January of 2004 in Palm Springs, CA and May of 2006 in Temecula, CA. We offer 3 levels of Physical Therapy service.
- Outpatient: At our clinics in Palm Springs and Temecula.
- Aquatics: Throughout the Coachella Valley utilizing pools in Palm Springs, Rancho Mirage, and Palm Desert.
- Home Care Services; at Assisted Living facilities, Board and Care Homes or private patient's homes. We offer both Physical and Occupational Therapy in our Home Care Service
Complete Care Physical Therapy's staff is dedicated to their patients, giving each individual personal and professional treatment. We will always be in contact with your treating/referring physician to ensure cohesive teamwork and communication throughout your Physical Therapy experience.
